Hello and welcome to FixYa!
As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for atleast 5mins. or more before reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get your vehicle back to it's normal operation.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

Spray inside the center door latch with WD40 or silicone lubricant. You might have to remove or partially remove the plastic shield cover the opening. It's the part the door latches too, spray all around inside there and that should allow the switch to release. The switch either dries out or gets dirty and sticks, the spay will loosen and clean it.

Look closely at the cover. You will see a small slot. Insert a small flat blade screwdriver, and pry it off. Very easy..

some times the door switch can be faulty. and it may be coincidence that the interior switch is faulty too. i have owned alot of S- series trucks and a few of them have done this to me. you need to individually check each door for switch contact

Door switches. They are mounted in the door I believe. Try spraying wd40 in the door latch.

You will have to pry off the lens CAREFULLY using a small screwdriver. There are two little plastic protrusions on each long side of the lens which fit into the casement. You can ease the casement away from the lens enough to get it to pop out. Re-inserting it is the same, but probably easier.
Gently, give it a try.
Hope this helps you.
