First of all, if your horns are not working, it is NOT CAUSED by a fuse! Fuses do not cause electrical system failures. Blown fuses are ALWAYS THE RESULT of an electrical system failure.

I'm trying to find the fuse for my horn and car lighter looked in the fuse box but dont have it in there maybe another name or something

Looks like the horn is on a 15amp circuit - the fuse is marked HORN and its probably in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
The lighter may be on an accessory fuse.
If you have your owners manual look in the back of it.

2003 mitsubishi spyder horn dont work

In many cases, a blown fuse is the reason a horn does not work. Locate your fuse box. The specific location can be found inside your owner's manual. Inside of the fuse panel, you will find a diagram of the fuses. One of the fuses will say Horn. I recommend changing the fuse. If you do not know a lot about changing fuses, a auto parts store should be able to help you out. Hope this helps!

Heater fan quit working

Horn fuse should be labeled on the fuse block. If it's not, easiest way to check is to just check them all. Use a test light and probe the back side of each fuse on both ends, till you find one that only has power on one side. Horn works with key off but I generally check with key on. Also, you have a horn relay (should be in the power distribution center (basically another larger fuse box, usually on the right fender under the hood. If all else fails, run a "hot" wire right to the horn & make sure it works. Horn "switch" is actualliy part of the signal mechanism and internal parts within the steering column...though these sometimes develop dead spots, it's least likely that it is the source of your problem.

Horn does not sound.

replace fuse in fusebox labelled horn. you might have to go to owners manual because I dont think ford labels their fuse by name but instead by number. sometime there are fuses under the hood too. just have to check book.
