Mazda Timing Belt Replacement

We dont have a diagram, but on 1990 Mazda 929 3.0L FI 6cyl the Thermostat is located under hood, driver side, upper engine area, engine end of upper radiator hose, mounted in coolant outlet housing.

hb mazda 929 fe engine carby model . it stalls when you put it in gear , wondering iff its an idle stop solinoid or something else.

is it making any noise at all, if it makes whineing noise but not crank, its a timing issue, if it has no noise at all it is likely the started, try banging on it when someone turns the key

1-3-5 on passenger's side
2-4-6 on driver's side

its on the back side of your engine, the front side is on the distribuition side (where ur distribuition belt or chain is) right between the backside of ur engine and the front side of ur transmission
hope u can find it it looks like this:

and the main cable going to it comes out directly from the battery on the positive side.

One fuse box is located in the driver side kick panel. There are two other places where fuses/relays are located under the hood. One on the driver side & the other on the passender side nearthe battery.

TRANNY AND ENGINE COMPUTERS ARE BEHIND RIGHT KICK PANEL.

Your ecu check connector is located just near the air cleaner (green 6-pin)
you got also near it the idle speed conector (green 1-pin)
and finally the fuel pump connector (yellow 2-pin)
they are all around one an other
