Where is the Turn signal relay located in my 2007 Chevy Aveo.

There are a few things that can make it look like a bad relay. Most times it's a bulb that has burned-out. Or your blinker unit has gone bad. A Chilton/Haynes repair manual, available at your local auto parts store will tell you where your relays are. But I'd check the first 2 items first. Or check your fuse that controls the turn signals.

Im trying to locate the starter on a 1996 oldsmobile acheiva

take it to a local muffler shop, ask them to put your car up on a lift when they get a free moment and point out the starter to you. access is almost always easier when the car is up on a lift. starters are all in the same place, parallel to the crankshaft, and bolted into the transmission bell housing. if you think it is bad, give them forty bucks and they will most likely swap it for you, just takes a few minutes if you have the tools and the car is up on a lift.

1999 chevy express, engine got soaked in flood, starter is just clicking, any advice?

Starter has gone bad and will need to be replaced, the starter solenoid is working as you can hear it. But the starter motor it self has gone bad due to water damaged. Before trying to repalce the starter, you may get lucky and the wire leads to the starter may have gone loose and a simple re-connection may be all that is wrong with it. Inspect the wire harness and connection at the starter and repair any damages as needed.

Thank you for using Fixya.

I need to replace a starter in a 95 Chevy Beretta and dont know how or where to find out how, im at the Library

If you can locate the starter, on the side of the engine block, you can tap
it with a hammer or stick to try and unstick the solenoid. Ask someone
that can locate your starter, and help. Assuming your starter, is actually
the issue. Good luck.

Im trying to locate the starter for 1994 jeep grand cherokee , see if its easy to replace, and also the location of the starter relay

starter relay is in power distribution center near battery. don't know which engine you have, but if you flollow the positive cable on the battery, it will lead you to the starter. Most are not difficult to replace, depends on how much experience you have. One tip...dont overtighten wire connections on starter the solenoid cover is plastic and can break.
