If it's like my 1990 cadillac deville, get pliers and pull up on the window while pushing the switch up for the window. There could be a bad motor. How much? I don't know. It will vary from shop to shop.
the coil sit down over the spark plugs on the fron and back all u have t end to endo do is remoe all the bolt from around the coils and pull them up off of the spark plugs i think they have about eight bolts from

If you are referring to the trunk lid pull down motor, the pull down switch is out of adjustment or bad. It is located on the main car body, not the lid.
