When was last healthy tune up and service? I'm betting alot of your idle problems have to do with last tune up/mileage. You should have a service done where they attach a scanner to read all the faults and repair those also while doing the service.
Depends on if you want a new windshield or one out of a salvage yard, what quality of tires you want, used or new headlight, and what quality of parts you want to use for the tune up and how complete of a tune up. Also depends on who does the work and where you take it. I would say you are looking at easily a minimum of 700-800 dollars.
