2008 Pontiac G6 base 3.5. I getting code P0315 and code P0355. I have have changed crank sensor. Now car will not start and the codes are still there?

Did you clear the codes?
Have you disconnected the battery just before it wouldn't start?

What repairs were done on the vehicle lately? This is a crankshaft positioned sensor code. If no one went near the sensor, the wiring, trigger wheel, connector, or sensor could be bad. Easiest fix: change the sensor. Right fix: check out the items I mentioned above before spending any money.

What does trouble code P0315 on a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix mean?

P0315 is a code that indicates and error from the crankshaft position sensor. Typically it is the sensor itself and not an issue with the crankshaft. The sensor itself runs from $30 to $40, but replacement may not be a DIY job unless you're comfortable under a car and removing pulleys from the front of the engine.

Just because you replaced a sensor doesn't mean you repaired the problem. To make sure, have the code cleared and if it comes back, you haven't found your problem yet. Having the code doesn't automatically mean the sensor is the cause. It can be anything in the circuit or even a mechanical issue.

2005 CHRYSLER SEBRING P0315

Well the code p0300 is a mis fire code the 315 is I believe a cam timing code which can cause the 300 replace the cam trimming actuator, it should fix ur problem.

CODE PO335 CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT. CODE PO315 - NO CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR LEARNED. POSSIBLE CAUSES, CRANKSHAFT TONE WHEEL FLEX PLATE IS DAMAGED, TONE WHEEL PULSE RING MAY BE DAMAGED, ERRATIC CKP SENSOR SIGNALS WIRING CONNECTOR PROBLEM, CKP SENSOR HAS FAILED, PCM HAS FAILED.
