I don't see a fuse for the horn but I can tell you the horn relay is located in the power distribution box located under the hood of the car in the engine compartment on the drivers side of the vehicle. Below is a diagram of the fuse layout. The horn relay is the one marked "R6". This should be in your owners manual if you have one. How about ground. The horn must receive 12 volts and ground to work. If its getting both, change the horn.
