It's a 1990 Toyota HiluX surf. Can't start it, yet the day before running fine.

remove transmission oil sump. its actually a pickup screen you maybe looking for

change thermostat for a new one. Suspect blockage in cooling system or failing water pump if new thermostat doesn't cure the problem.

The oil should be fine, just make sure it is good quality oil.

Sounds like your starter. They don't just go out all at once most of the time. Its a gradual thing. Eventually it will just not work one day when you go to start your car. I'd get that checked. hope this helps.

Blown head gasket.

Diesel engines don't have spark plugs. They use compression and heat to fire the diesel. Most diesel engines have glow plugs which are designed to preheat the combustion chamber to help burn the diesel fuel when you start it up. Hope this helps.

there's a good chance the water pump is faulty/worn and will need replacing hope this is helpful glenn........

radiator could be blocked there is a drain tap on the bottom undo and flush out when cold or another problem could be in the top of the water pump there is a thermostat which sometimes rusts closed and restricts water flow intern creates over heating and high pressure which then makes the radiator build pressure and drop the water through the over flow hose you can run the car with no thermostat but it will run cold most of the time meaning no heater or very little heat
