This must be something related to electric problems.... Looks like you have loosen connection somewhere..... I would check - (ground) on your battery (in Ulysse is under floor in front of passengers seat) and then ground cable leading to fuse box (behind the right headlamp unit under hood).
it also can be loosen fuse, but it would make problem just with one device.... if this won't help, take it to electrician

hi this is belt driven and not chain driven..ie no timing chain, but a rubber timing belt...hope that helps

YEP SOME JEEP 6 CYLINDER ENGINE BELT TENSIONER NOT AUTOMATIC.YOU HAD TO ADJUST BELT TENSION BY LOOSEN THE POWER STEERING PUMP BOLTS AND TURN THE TENSIONER ADJUSTING BOLT TO TIGHTEN OR LOOSEN THE DRIVE BELT.IF YOU HAVE THE AUTOMATIC BELT TENSIONER.EITHER YOU ARE GETTING THE WRONG ONE OR BELT TOO BIG.IF IT WAS ME TAKE TO ANOTHER GARAGE.

yes, sounds like the pully is no good, may have bad bearings in pulley, replace it.

yes to your ? i asume you have had the back off of this tv...there are 6-7 modules inside. the power supply is where you need to focus some attention. and yes plasma sets do overheat.try to find a way to attach 2 120mm fans to the heatsinks. then try to find a 12 volt source with a volt meter. attach the fans to that source and you are good to go. be carefull not to short or overload the power supply. or you will be spending 3-4 hundo for a new 1... good luck..
