You can order from the dealership and get new or order through the on-line junk yards for about 1/2 price. Just make sure you have the right part number before you do.

You have to remove the upper dash pad on this
paticular year model. with a 10 mm socket and a 1/2 inch extension
remove the 5 retaining bolts. Remove the blower assembly under the
passenger side of dash.
I have a 1991 isuzu trooper and if they're anything similar it's on the right side (driver side) of the engine down lower under the exaust manifold. sort of near the dipstick.
First do try another bulb. If still not working, blow the switch out with compressed air, moving the switch. Have seen this prob where an eye lash got between the contacts. Frankster016
You will have to remove the grill and the park lamp first and then you will see some 10mm bolts to remove the headlight. It has been a while since I have worked on one but the grill will have screws on top and clip at the bottom I think. I hope this helps.
