You have water on the floor. Freon would have boiled away immediately. I think it is AC condensate that should be draining to the ourside of your car probably through the firewall. Find the drain and make sure it goes through the firewall and it is not blocked.

1997 Nissan Sentra when it rains water leaks in on the passenger floor somehow behind the dash Maybe

Don A has an excellent answer, but if you have a sunroof, that is more likely the reason. The pipe runs down between the door pillar and the windshield and there is often a join there which can part. Be careful with compressed air as it can blow joints apart.

you said water, well that can be clean pure water
from RAIN or HVAC evap condensate,
using AC cool or heat + defrost mode? or just pure heat mode?
I do not know what you do there
i tray to capture water,in jar,and see if it is green or yellow or pink
that is AF antifreeze,
and put my fingers in it and rub fingers to thumb and it feels very very slippery, that is AF. not water
if i sniff it and smells sweet it is AF>
(3 ways to discover AF antifreeze)
ok it's water, so dont use AC or Defrost mode.
so that be RAIN or defrost condensart

Wet floors after it rains

Have you checked the rubber door seals for ingress?

I have a 1992 Honda Accord and whenever it rains, water leak through the speaker on the passenger side door and make a big puddle on the floor. Also the water leaks into a hole in the floor by the ECU

Not comming from the speaker! Make sure that the rubber door trim aound the door is intact and not damaged. Additionally, check the rubber seal on the outside of the window where it retracts into the door. These are the only 2 ways that water can enter through the passenger door.

I have a wet floor on the passenger side. I had the heating system checked and was told the coils were fine. What is the cause of the leakage into the cab of my truck? It's a 1998 Ford F-150 Lariat...

It can only be one of 3 things

heater core leaking. Sweet smell an dfilm on windshield

a/c drain plug blocked, not allowing condenaste to drain on ground

water leak though a seam leak on cowl or around air intake under leaf screen at base of glass on passenger side.

There is water on the floor board of the car after running the a/c also the a/c only works on high im wandering if these two conditions are th result of one problem

Water on the floorboard, usually on the passenger side, is usually an indication that the condensate drain is plugged and needs to be cleaned out on the AC unit. If unit is low on freon, it could be freezing up, causing a larger problem with condensate freezing, then draining onto the floorboard.

Highly likely they are related. I'd start by clearing the drain, then checking the freon level.

On high fan speed, the air flow may be fast enough t o prevent the freeze up of the coils, at least for a while.
