There is a chance that you have a bad drive belt inside of the CD player. You probably need to have the unit removed and either sent in for repairs or find someone local to you that is competent in repairing it.
disconnect the 2 audio fuses and wiat 5 minutes with the ignition key off, insert both fuses, then turn the key on. if it doesnt eject, it probably has an internal defect and will need to be repaired.
There is an inline fuse cartridge that you should checks. But if it has power and still does not work, there is also a small hole below the CD tray, where you can stick in a straightened paperclip, and force a manual ejection, even if the player is totally nonfunctional.
