I need a wiring diagram for my 93 old cutlass supreme so I can re-wire the cooling fan. it was jury-rigged by the previous owner and now has quit working. I want to put it back to the original position but need to know what that is.

What makes the fuel pump not kick on on a 92 Oldsmobile Cutlass

There is a red wire close to the battery in the front. It's not connected to anything. Apply positive voltage and that will run your pump for testing purposes.

I have 1994 oldsmobile cutlass supreme i have replaced both cooling fan relays and tested both fans with jumpers both worked when tested but only one works pluged in to car need help.

Have you tested the wiring between the two fans? Back probe the fan that's not working, whats the voltage reading at the fan connector? If 12V check for a lose or broken wire between the connector and the fan. If no voltage the wiring between the fan connector and the fan has an open circuit. Also don't overlook the possibility of a bad ground for that fan.

The Cooling fan unit of my 1995 Oldmoble Cutlass Suprem does not come on at all

The Radiator fan? if so I would hard wire it to your battery to see if it works at all.
from there it can only be a sensor problem.
Or if the fan does not work at all..... it is the fan.
