Question about 1994 Toyota Camry

Toyota Camry LE 1994 4 cyl.... I have replaced radiator, thermostat, starter,fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs and many other parts in the past month... Yet I am still having trouble starting. It is sounding like it wants to start yet does not "turn over". Sometime you can touch the wire coming from starter and it will start... What is wrong... Please help!!!

Sometime you can touch the wire coming from starter and it will start..>> you answered it your self, replace the wire to the starter, if it doesnt have a break in the wire you can try cleaning the ends so that it makes good contact with the starter.

dont know whay you replaced the radiator, thermostat has nothing to do with starting .

I had one of these cars; when this happened to me I replaced the distributor and the ECU module. The new distributor took care of the problem. Good luck!

is the engine check light on
do you have enough pressure at the fuel rail is the pump running when u swing the engine
is the MAP sensor and crank angle sensor faulty

I have toyota camry 1994, 2.2 l engine 4 cyl, A/T. Suddenly car is not starting, I found that there is no sparks, replace capacitor and ignition coil. problem remain and car don't want to start. what else...

check radiator water,fuel and then spark plug and battery. if these are ok but engine don't start then you have to check the self-starter.

90000 km service includes changing.spark plugs,oil and oil filter,gearbox fluid,brake fluid ,air filter and fuel filter if needed,a full safty inspection.and the most important timing belt,and while your doing the timing belt you should do the water pump.

My 1994 Camry cranks but wont fully start

As you are finding out ....this is how you kill a car. You need fuel, spark, compression, and air to run an engine. Look for spark and fuel items to be working. A computer controls much of the spark part. They canbe sensitve electrically. If you are cranking ..starter sounds ok. Alt. will act up after you get started. concentrate on spark and spark control. Fuel and fuel control. This is what you need to start.

Won't start

Is this a 4 cyl. or a 6 ?
It's possable the EGR valve is stuck wide open also causing it to dump fuel. Are the plugs wet after cranking for a while?
