89 crx we have an 89 honda crx and the radio wont turn on and was wondering if you could help to which fuse it is because they are not label'd and there is also a problem with the idle sometimes its idles up and down after running it for a while ?

Yes it will bolt in.

Check your coolant level as well as your coolant temp sensor.

did you check ignition switch

is there water in oil or oil in coolant?those cars have bad rep for heads and head gaskets blowing....
sounds like head gasket blew, water sucked into cyl.
check spark plug if might have wet contact from water in cyl.

MAke sure you are on a negative ground.

TDC (Top Dead Center) position/crank angle sensor or circuit Problem. That's what Honda calls it. Part stores will call it a CRANK POSITION SENSOR. P.S. The Sensor itself is probably going bad.

replace the ignition control module,I recommend a new one,if you order a rebuilt dist.it comes with a used one that only passed cold temp bench test they usually have problems once the car warms up. so get a new one!good luch let me know if you need more info have a good day DB

Check the Belt and Belt Tensioner. If the Tensioner is not keeping the Belt tight it will cause the Problems Stated above. Please Rate my Solution, I Need all the Help that I can get! Thanks!
