I have a problem with my Kia Sportage. Cannot use 2nd gear at inclined road as RPM drops fast. Also need to apply clutch to let engine running.

I take it that this is not stock exhaust, you mentio ed flex. If this is the case you will need to completely isolate the exhaust from all other components using rubber hangers. There can be NO contact with metal on metal, or you will get vibrations. Let me know if further assistance is needed.
Check your clutch fluid box located by your breaks master cylinder. Your clutch works like your breaks in that when you press the clutch pedal it uses hydraulics to disengage your clutch plate. If it's low or not working properly your clutch plate won't fully disengage and could lead to more problems.
What do you mean here ? sounds like it but is it running fast ? if your fan clutch is locked up sometimes this makes it sound like it is going to take off. ?
