That could be anything from a blown bulb to a bad turn signal switch to a faulty turn signal flasher. A lot more information about the vehicle and the symptoms of the problem is needed to give you any better answer than that....ie..are the lights coming on and staying on and just not flashing? Are the lights not coming on at all (exterior as well as the interior indicators)? Left side? Right side?, Front? Rear?, etc...
inside the steering column locate the ignition remove wire to reveal screw to remove ignition that wire is what controls the buzzer and light itthe wire probrally wasnt in place correctly wich caused your problem
does your interior light and door light work when the door is open??.the lock mechanism has a micro switch that signifies when the door is open if this dont work niether will the buzzer...its a sound generated by the dash panel insert there is no sepperate buzzer.
