1996 chevy cavalier Z24 2.4lt.

Iam having a serious electrical issue with my car. I have rear blinkers, brakelights and windshield wippers and thats it. No interior lights no dash lights, no guages work, no headlights and no front blinkers. I have essentially elemenated everything that comes down to common sence. I have elemenated the single fuses, relays and both fuse blocks. Its driving me up the wall, any suggestions please anything has gotta help

There is a fuseable link coming off the starter it is a redish pink in color it supplies power to the car check that. When blown it will be either burnt through or soft.

What's your problem?1996 chevy cavalier dash warning light has a red arrow pointing towards water and car smells like something is burning P
The light does it say Water? You are sure about this? Please have this checked by a mechanic asap,. if it is starting to run hot if you catch it early then you can avoid serious damage to the engine. The smell may be a leaking engine water pump or other component of the engines cooling sytstem.

1996 chevy 1500 truck when i turn left turn signal on back up lights come on and when i turn the right turn signal on the emergency blinkers come on. The front blinkers work correct.
Hello: There are two things that could be dausing this: One is the board that holds the bulbs in the tail light assembly, it could be shorted internally. The other thing is on the rear right fender on the inside there is a electrical distribution box for the rear lights it also could be internally shorted, also the connectors to that box could be corroded and causing your problem. Blinkers do not work
idk just take it to the mechanics or fix it yourslef if you don't want to waste money. another thing i no it gets you places but those cars are messed up so i no i used to have a maroon cavalier then traded it for a chevy suburban that is alot more tougher than a cavalier. so idk just get it fixed or by the way id check the wires connecting to the headlights.
