Do the valves move?

The crankshaft sensor is located just to the side of your ignition coil pack on the engine block. The camshaft sensor is located on the back of the engine, just to the left of the oil filter. I would HIGHLY suggest having a qualified technician do this job for you. There is only one 10mm head bolt holding the sensor into the block, but these sensors are know to freeze into the engine block and break leaving a part of the sensor in the engine. If you attempt this yourself, be sure to rotate the sensor once the bolt is removed, and pull GENTLY. If it breaks, your in for a large repair bill.

if it is a 2,4 dual over cam enginge it is the coil pack shorting out and it needs replaced

It's not a fuse, It is the internal wiring, the wiring from your dome light to your wiring harness is bad.. have you recently put in an aftermarket CD player?

At the bottom of your top radiator hose, where it connects to the engine. The thermostat is under the housing held on by two bolts.

Also there is another option and the simplest and easiest to fix check the transmission linkage located underneath the car below the shifter and next to the transmission (if it has 2) there is a U shaped bracket that holds these in place and sometimes it can come loose it is very simple to fix and can be done in 5-10 minutes after you locate it. hope this is it as it doesnt cost anything to fix.
