2009 mailbu the door locks keeping locking and unlocking, is there a fuse o stop ths?

There is a door lock fuse in the bcm. Pulling the fuse isn't the proper fix. At the least, you would have to manually lock and unlock your doors. There are safety issues with door locks. Be safe. Safety is your responsibility.
The bcm shows to be under the dash toward the front of center console on passenger side. I'm not sure if replacing bcm would fix? The bcm is not simple remove/replace component, there is reprograming.

Doors automatically lock

I swear, there is no end to security system issues. Causes far more problems for owners than thieves it's supposed to protect from. Oh, for the good old days...
You'll have to have it diagnosed by a knowledgeable tech. Likely a simple fix, but the key word is (somebody who knows the system).
I hope you get a better response here. good luck.

1999 Toyota Camry door lock and unlock issues

I believe this was done as a safety feature. It stops a potential car hyjacker from sneaking in the passenger door when you open the driver door. I know recent Hyundai models are set up such that if you turn the key in the driver's door once it only unlocks the driver's door. If you turn it twice in quick succession it unlocks all of the doors. Maybe the Camry is set up the same way.

depending on how the car is set, the unlock may have to be depressed twice to unlock the passenger door. i'm guessing you have already tried this? if not give it a shot.

if that didn't fix it, then sit in the car and hit the unlock button twice and see if you hear the passenger door unlock/lock mechanism trying to unlock the door. if you can hear it trying to pop the lock, then it may be an issue with the cold. my '99 323 was this way in the cold. if you can't hear it trying to pop the lock, then the module in that door is bad.

also when was the last time BMW replaced the battery in that key?

good luck.
