E52,F32,F48 codes are displayed cars stalls on the move or sitting still after running for a little time when running and stall occurs the speedometer flips back and forth a few times the check eng. and service veh. soon lights come on normally starts right back up hesitates then continues to run til the next time no given distance recently replaced head gaskets, all fuel injectors, tensioner also making electrical sound under dash during difficulty

Sounds like an electrical problem. Check connections to battery remove & clean them , check + wires to engine, to power supply for the engine management.

Code F48 is for low freon in the ac, and code F49 is for the computer turning off the ac compressor because the pressure is too high or the engine temp is too high. So neither code would have a direct effect on the engine running.
You may have to get a mechanic involved that can watch the data stream coming into the computer and check the exhaust gas to see if it is too rich or too lean.

You may have more than one problem.
The code F32 is for a problem between the engine computer and the body computer, or a loss of memory. To fix that someone would need to check the ground connections and the harness between the two computers.
The engine could be burning coolant like the head gasket problem you mentioned.

STALLING IS USUALLY, CONTAMINANTS IN THE FUEL. CHANGE UR BRAND OF GAS, TEXACO FOR SHELL....PROBABLY A BAD BATCH. FILL THE TANK UP AND ADD A GOOD QUALITY GAS TREATMENT, LIKE STP. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOTTLE. ALSO A PLUGGED FUEL FILTER. THE FUEL FILTER IS PROBABLY ATTACHED TO THE FUEL PUMP INSIDE THE GAS TANK. IF THATS THE CASE, ITS A TRIP TO THE MECHANIC.

Its stalls and hard to start
The next time you have the starting problem, try putting the shifter in the neutral position and try starting. If it starts right up, you have a park/neutral safety switch problem.
As far as the stalling, I would suggest a complete throttle body cleaning as well as a injector cleaning. You can purchase a couple of bottles of Chevron fuel system conditioner. Poor a bottle in the tank and fill with fuel. Run a couple of tanks through and you should notice an improvement.
You might want to stop by your local Auto Zone and ask them to scan your vehicle for trouble codes, it might give you additional clues.

1992 cadillac Deville OBD code read out and what it means.
E13-Oxygen sensor voltage stays between 0.307 and 0.609 volts for 64 seconds. Engine was at normal operating temperature at a speed over 800 RPM.
E44-Right oxygen sensor was lean for more than 50 seconds when engine was warm and at 800 RPM or greater.
E52-PCM has lost primary battery power.
E58-Pass Key fuel enable was not correct.
F47-PCM has received bad data from IPC for 3 seconds while engine speed was 500 RPM or more for 3 seconds.
F48-EGR open command was given during off idle operation. EGR opening should cause the mixture to be slightly richer because of the low oxygen content of exhaust gas. Vehicle speed was over 35 MPH and engine was warm.
