there is a seprate ground that mounts to the frame of your car near the light usualy in trunk in between the rear speakers locate and make shure the conection is good.if that dos not solve it on the pasengers side rear light check bulbs for detereated ends if thay are then replace.this shuold solve you problem

Replace the socket of the bulb. It's shorted out.

have u tried to switch the light bulb or check fuses but most likely its the light bulb and its about 5 bucks for two of them at a auto parts store

How can I adj. . a trunk light switch on a 02 Buick Century

Inside the trunk, under the carpet behind the tail lights will be a whole bunch of small plastic nuts, running from one side of the car to the other. Take all of these plastic nuts off, and the whole tail light assembly will come off in one large piece. Find the bulb you need to replace, and reassemble

two places left drivers side under the dash are on the side of the dash by the door for the interior, some cars have them on the right side of the dash also. There is also another fuse box under the hood. If you have your owners manual this is all listed in it, and the exact fuse location for your breaklights, I think your will be on the drivers side interior Hope this helps you! In the drivers side cockpit, there should be a fuse box.
