Get a noise when turning around a corner and when driving the entire truck vibrates. It sounds like when a car has a bad front wheel axle.
Lifted four tires off the ground and it makes a jerking vibration only in four wheel drive and i turn the steering wheel all the way to the right or left.

It should have been thoroughly checked. Noises like these on four wheel drives could several different things. A bearing, CV axle, or the differential, or bearings in the differential. A wheel bearing will make different sounds when making a turn. A CV axle is a constant sound. Differential bearings can come and go, depending on if it is a bearing for the axle or a pinion bearing. Axle side bearings usually make a constant noise. The differential can also come and go. Depends on acceleration or slowing down. All these sounds are also with a vibration. Slight to harsh.

As you are driving on the road and you make a turn at the corner, if you start hearing unusual sounds coming from under the car then this is one of the symptoms of a bad CV joint. The steering wheel will start to feel tighter and heavier and you can hardly make simple turns to the left or right. The noise your hearing is most likely a hub bearing It will look like axle shaft is moving because the bearing is what the axle sits into if the noise changes when driving and turn wheel to left and right if so if you turn left and noise changes then your right frt bearing is bad and vise a versa.
If it makes a clunk-clunk-clunk sound while turning, it's your front CV joint that's bad. Check to see if the front CV rubber boot is ripped/torn, on either side of the car. The CV boots are located inside/behind the wheels, where the drive axle hooks up to the wheel. If damaged, you will probably have to replace the entire CV axle.
Get your differential fluid checked and make sure you get synthetic for the rear if indicated. The clanking on turns reduces the possibility of the U-joints being the culprit. The driveshaft would give you noise going from reverse to drive, but in turns it is likely the clutches in the rear axle.
A four wheel drive can cause noise in all directions if the front drive has bad joints.
Check the front wheel bearings for play and also while the wheel is off the ground lock the front hubs, grab the axle behind the wheel and see if it is engaged. If not then you will need to take the hub apart and find out what is broken.
Jack up the front end and put stands under it and block rear wheels. Look at axle boots and see if they are cracked. Try turning wheel back and forth sharply and see if you can hear any clicking. Problem could be outer axle joints. If the boots are cracked or you hear a clicking noise you will have to replace the axle. The axle and boot come as a complete unit.
