The manual is stating that theres a lifetime warranty on the anti freeze through saab and/or your dealer. theyre trying to get the business back to their store instead of you going to pep boys or meineke. the maintenance manual is the one you should run by because im pretty sure no normal grade coolant/anti-freeze lasts 100K miles without getting milky or dirty.

really though, you should change the coolant every time you see it starts to get dirty or if youre low on it.

When does timing belt need to be changed

Some cars like certain Hondas rexomend it every 70 to 75 thousand miles because they tensd to break at around 100 thousand causing damage in the process. For your vehicle i would call a toyota dealership or sometimes it in the maintenance schedule in the cars manual. Do you suspect there is a problem with it or have you put alot of strain on your engine?

transmission oil at 60,000 klms approximately but can be done any time depending on the operating conditions , speed and load
the coolant should be changed when it falls below 50% water anti freeze mix--check with a refractometer
engine oil should be replaced at 5,000 miles or 10,000klms sooner in colder conditions as the water carrying agent deals with more in winter from cold engine starts

I jusy purchased a 2008 honda accord with no owners manuel. The car has 19,000. miles. The oil life states its at 100%. My question is do I get an oil change?

100% indicates the oil is new, or at least the oil life meter has been reset. It counts down as it gets closer to oil change time.

Timing chain on 2003 Suzuki XLT when do you change it? I am at 137,00 miles right now.

Most manufactures recommend changing a timing belt at 100k but I've seen them go several hundred thousand miles and no problem. I've also seen them break under 100k. The best maintenance is preventative maintenance or fixing things before they become a problem. I would recommend replacing it if you have the means to do so as you will also be replacing the water pump which is driven off the timing belt (do them together)..

Anti freeze

Use the new extended life antifreeze that is what the factory put in the car, change it every 60,000 miles, replace the hoses at the same time.

You should change your oil & filter every 3 to 5 thousand miles. The more frequently you change the oil, the more life you will get out of the engine. Rotate the tires every other oil change. Replace the air filter every 15 thousand miles. Flush the cooling system and flush the transmission (automatic) every 30 thousand. Change the iridium plugs every 90 thousand. There is no timing belt to worry about, that veh has a timing CHAIN. That is basically it.
