Question about Hyundai Azera

Where`s the oil filter hiding?

Got a Hyunai Getz, cant see where the oil filter is located. Could someone point me in the right direction please. I clicked on Azera `cause Getz doesn`t show on model list. Maybe that`s the US name for what`s Known here as the Getz (i`m in UK) - somebody knows?

Have a look at picture; to see filter (item #2) you must remove engine bottom dust cover.

How do i remove the oil filter

The Hyundai Getz takes a spin on oil filter. You just need to locate it under the bonnet and spin it off to replace. If it is tight you may need a tool to help.
Of course this should be done with an oil change, so follow the appropriate procedure

How to change oil and oil filter on2010 hyundai getz

The oil filter is just behind the bumper of the drivers side. There is a small plastic cover (4x #10 bolts) that allows access directly onto the filter. The sump plug is a #17 (strange size to me) and is at the back of the sump (about 300mm behind the filter).

I am changing the Fuel Filter In my 1991 SAAB 900 Turbo I bought it from someone who had it sitting in their yard for 3 years and though It would be good preventive maintenance to flush coolant, change oil...

LOOK UNDER CAR FUEL FILTER LOCATED FORWARD OF FUEL TANK. RELIEF FUEL PRESSURE BY DISCONNECTING THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AT THE FUEL PUMP OR REMOVE FUSE.CRANK CAR UNTIL DIES FROM LACK OF FUEL. THEN REMOVE FUEL FILTER USE IN LINE WRENCH AND OPEN WRENCH.THIS KEEP YOU FROM DAMAGING FUEL LINES.WHEN INSTALLING FUEL FILTER THE ARROWS SHOULD BE POINTING IN DIRECTION OF FLOW.

change fuel filter. If you have someone local, have them run a fuel sytem clean out on your car. Then add a can of Seafoam to your fuel. It is all about the ethanol goop problem that are causing all the problems on these cars. it fills the system up with water, and turns to gas into a brown syrup. but every 3000 miles(after this). if you add Seafoam to your car, it will keep the lines clean, break up the goop, and your car will not have line freeze up this winter. good luck

2006 Hyundai Azera problem starting

Buy only quality brand gas like Shell and add a bottle of fuel injector cleaner during your fill up, after 1-2 tanks if the problem persists then you can eliminate a problem with the gas or dirty fuel injectors. At this point you should have replaced the air filter and done 2-3 oil changes, sounds like the battery and starter are fine. Track what you put in the tank and then go back to complain if you still have a problem.
