if your door is unlocked and it wont open from outside the handle to door latch rod has come undone sometimes the clips holding on handle become brittle or some models the rod uses gravity to sit in the latch and can be jarred out.
take door pad off and its all self explainatory or go to body shop they do these 20 times a day and usally wont charge much
It is not the Module, It started and ran fine.Your old school test was very good thinking on your part. You don't say if its auto or standard I assume auto so Neutral switch should be on the steering column under the dash.
Hope this helps. If not there get back to me and I will look it up in old school library. Have to go.
disconnect the battery lead & other wires from the starter motor ,undo the bolts on the starter flange that hold it onto the engine, & if there is nothing in the way the starter should pull straight out,if anything is in the way it will have to be removed first.......hope this helps......cheers
You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal
(can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to
access everything inside the door
