Not the trans fluid

Oil only cools, lubes & applies pressure to
the clutch drums & bands

You change trans & power steering fluid
every 3 years or 30,000 miles on ALL Vehicles

Changing trans fluid DOES NOT FIX ANYTHING

You have to have the OD light issue diagnosed

If you have a transmission problem
    there is only one answer
You go to a trans repair shop for an
evaluation. That I would think you already
    considered that

1992 grand marquis ls. My car has white smoke come out when I reverse alot of times and when Im sitting at a red light and take off i see a cloud of white smoke, but it evaporates quick, it doesnt come out...

Could it possibly be that you may have to much or not enough transmission oil or even water in your transmission being its an automatic transmission or maybe your clutch needs adjusting or replacement if its a manual/standard transmission

I have a 99 mercury grand marquis ls the battery light flashes on and off while I'm driving not repeatedly maybe about four times while I'm driving had the alternator checked it was good repla

Battery may have broken plates in cells or cracked plates. May show battery is good , but i would replace it.
Also, starter solenoid may be bad, replace starter as needed.

I need to check and put in transmission fluid in my 1999 grand marquis

Under the hood there will be a dipstick marked for transmission. You need to check the fluid level while the engine is running. If you need to add fluid, you use a funnel and pour the fluid in through dipstick tube.

Overdrive light is flashing on my 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis

That usually means the transmission is in "LIMP" mode... Just to get you home or to a Service Center of your choice (one that does transmissions).... When it O/D blinks the car will drive sluggish... it stays in second gear and does not shift.... just so you can LIMP somewhere...... a good price to rebuild this transmission is about 1500 dollars.... Good Luck

Replaceing the front seal in transmission

You will have to remove the transmission.that would include removing drive shaft ,possibly exhaust.

Theres oil mixing with my antifreeze, why i smell antifreeze inside my car while driving

You could have two problems. First, does the engine require more oil than usual, is the oil level always low ? Does the transmission lose oil ? Could possibly be the trans. cooler in the rad. is cracked. Usually with a blown head gasket you get coolant into the engine, or burn it. ( white smoke ) Has the engine ever over heated ? On the smell part, this could be the heater core is leaking. Have a pressure test on the rad. to try and help find the problems.
