My 1997 jeep tj 2,5 wont start ignition coil new, codes say #21,then #55,would bad oxygen sensor be the problem?

Oxygen sensor will make it run rough ... not a no start.

Start with the basics ... check for spark ... spray some quick start or carb cleaner into the intake and crank it over. If it fires up you have a fuel delivery problem. Maybe bad fuel pump ... I don't know your level of automotive knowledge ... a fuel pressure test would show this too. If it doesn't run you may have a spark issue. If you have spark and fuel ... you may have a compression issue ... maybe you have really high miles and the timing has jumped or the timing belt / chain has broken.

Car dies while running

You say the timing belt is intact, so I assume you have checked compression.
Have you checked base fuel pressure and are you getting spark to the plugs ?

1988 firebird formula 5.0 tpi car just died replaced feul pump, relay, fuse checked wiring changed module, coil pump wont turn on unless direct power car still wont start help please out of ideas

It sounds like you may have burned out your fusable link. It's a special wire that comes off the starter solennoid and is designed to burn off in the event of an overload. DO NOT REPLACE IT WITH REGULAR WIRE, THIS IS A LEADING CAUSE OF CAR FIRES.
You will want to check for what caused the overload condition that caused the fusable link to burn out in the first place.

Have you turned the engine over to see if all the timing marks line up. Did you check for spark on all cylinders? You said it's getting fuel, is that fuel pressure or injection pulse? What is the fuel pressure?

Car wont start

Basic things,

Is the cranking speed good? Slow?

Is the fuel pump working? If yes..
Is the fuel filter clogged?

Are the drive teeth on the starter itself ok?

Do you have good compression in all cylinders (if it is low then assume a slipped timing belt.)

Ok if you have spark from the coil to the distributor cap, the rotor inside the distributor cap is bad and needs to be replaced, This is the only possible answer.
