You need to remove the gray plastic engine cover...first remove oil fill cap...then lift off...there is a bracket that the rear of this cover sits under when re-installing...:) The power steering unit and reservoir is located on the left side (standing from the front of your G/P...:) Be sure not to overfill...Hope this helps...:)
you really need to be more specific .......Moving? sitting still? engine running? what speed? braking? cold? hot? faster you go it gets worse? better? does it follow the speed of the engine? MPH? doe sit change pitch on/off the gas pedal? turning right or left. change pitch?
My Pontiac Grand Prix is also a 99, it has 216,+ thousand miles on it, it runs great, idles good, I need to replace the oxygen sensor tho as it shuts off on me while driving or sometimes coming to a stop. You might try checking the fuel filter and pump as well.
well from what it sounds like is that it is your fuel injectors try going to a full service garage and have them clean the fuel injectors if you cant get it there go to auto zone and pick up a can of sea foam and do it your self thru a vacum line such as the brake booster there is a vacum line that comes out of that and goes straight to your cylinder that will help you there its recomended once a year or every 15000 miles good luck hope it works for you
