I have a 2004 Kia Amanti. I can't get the key in my ignition to turn. The wheels are not locked. I have tried putting lubricant in the barrell but that doesn't seem to help any. I feel I need to replace it, but am not sure of what part I need to be looking for. Any advice is appreciated!

yes, P2127 refers to throttle / pedal position sensor switch E circuit low input , and P2138 refers to throttle / pedal position sensor switch D & E voltage correlation . yours is a drive by wire technology vehicle ( no throttle cable) , you have an issue with that system / circuit .

Depends on where you live in the country.  In TN where I live most people just use 10W30 all year, but if you live in a colder area you would use 10W30 in the summer and 5W30 in the winter.  Hope this helps.  Thanks for an honest rating.

SOURCE: replacing my headlight bulb in my kia amanit 2004

1. Open the hood of your KIA Amanti and look behind the headlight that has gone out. Locate the round knob on the back of the headlight.
   
2. Turn the knob counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn and gently remove it from the back of the headlight. Carefully remove the electrical cable within the headlight housing that is attached to the back of the headlight bulb.
   
3. Locate the metal clip that holds the light bulb in place by pushing the clip arm straight in and sliding it down. Remove the bulb from the headlight housing.
   
4. Replace the old headlight bulb with new bulb. Secure it by sliding the metal clip up to hold the bulb in place. Reattach the electrical cable and replace the round knob to the back of the headlight housing.
   
5. Turn on the headlights to verify that they are in working order.

it could be caused by a belt slipping, low power steering fluid, or by a problem with the power steering pump itself. check the power steering fluid level, check the belts to see if they are snug and dont have excess play in them, if not sure on how to do it take it to a mechanic to have the belts checked and tightened to spec or replaced. and last of all if none of the above helps, have someone check the power steering pump out.
