Get some starting fluid and shoot it in the throttle bore while someone turns the starter ,if this starts the car this confirms it is a fuel problem if it starts. second check fuel pressure with fuel pressure gauge depending if it is carburetor or fuel injected (fuel injected is anywhere from 35 to 55 p.s.i) (carburetor type 8 to 12 p.s.i.) t.this is the starting point.check fuses to relays and if ok the fuel pump is at fault and needs to be replaced.
