Same exact problem here. is yours lifted ~2 inches? if so, i'm tracking it down, think it might be knocking on the axle side of the track bar mount. if i find it i will definately let you know

What is the cause of a knocking noise around the gearbox area in chevrolet AVeo 2008

if you have just replaced the clutch and pressure plate in the vehicle and the noise has just started, I suspect that you have the clutch plate in back to front and the hub and damper springs and knocking on the flywheel bolt heads.
It would be a good idea to check the gearbox oil level as you may have lost more that realised when pulling the box

What makes a 1996 mercury tracer cluck cluck cluck loud when I start it up just started doing that has oil is it the engine knocking

Could be any of several things. If it's a bad bearing, especially a connecting rod bearing, it could trash your engine if it fails completely. It could also be less catastrophic, but it needs to be checked out.

There's a clucking noise coming from the front driver side of my 2006 Dodge Charger R/T. What could possibly need replacing if I already changed the tie rods and brake pads?

Stabalizer links. To check them you will need to have both front tires off the ground at the same time. Grab the stabilizer bar where it attaches to the link. Push up and pull down on the bar. If you feel any movement replace them. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using!

Loud sound when turn left or right

If it is coming from the front of the car and it is a cluck-cluck type of sound, it is the CV joints. Take the vehicle to a fitment center and have them check it out. It is not a job for a home mechanic. Please rate this solution if it is helpful.

Clucking in the front end already replaced bushings and swar arm

Depending on the mileage - probably lower ball joints need replaced
mine came with no grease zerks - installed after ball joints replaced.
had clunking sound also - went away after new replacements.

Hi own a Audi A4 1997 2.6 V6 model. I’m having problems sometimes on starting the car, the engine is fine and still sounds super the trouble is when I get in the car and trying to start it. When I turn the...

Assuming that your battery is in good shape at full charge, when you start the engine, it makes a click, that is the sound from a solenoid to make a contact so electric current can flow through the starter to make turns. The contacts from the solenoid get corroded due to aging and from sparks as several contacts performed over years. This becomes high resistance limiting current flow to the starter hence no turn, and also you can see the battery indicator becomes dull as to much current consumed through the high resistance path. Replace the starter solenoid will take care of your problem.

Left tie rod problem

Sounds like it may be your left CV Joint. if it is you might as well change both sides since they have the same amount of milage on them.
A total CV joint failure = Tow to the shop. Good luck and hope this helps
