check if you tires have rayon cords or steel belts. this is a problem associated with the older tyres that had rayon cords as the main structure of the tyre. When left standing after running and allowed to cool the rayon belts actually took on a flat spot on the bottom and the noise lasted until the tyre warmed up enough for the tyre pressure to make the tyre round again. In extreme cold it may be the same for steel belted radials as the flat bottom of the tyre would hold the shape until the rubber warmed up .

either window button or motor gone is ther any noises at all from the door cards like a thumping noise or is it dead all together but sounds like motor to me as a fuse would knock both sides off

Sure could be. Or a hose or a gasket somewhere.
You'll need to fill up the radiator and run the engine to look for the leak.
It may have to get up to operating temp before you see anything.

You dont mention the year, make or model of your vehicle but generally a fluid leak on the passenger side interior is a coolant leak possibly from a defective heater core.Does it have a sort of sweet smell like antifreeze ? Also check under the hood to see if your engine coolant is low.

I wouldsuspect heater hose or a hose of some type. Parts store has a telescopic mirror that could be helpful in lacating where to find the leak.cheaper than pouring anti freeze on the ground

You are the bestt person to identtify the source of the sound before we can go about a long check list. so open up the bonnet if you think it is from the engine side. Look for possible noise from
1. water pump
2. Alternator bearings
3. Idler pulley
4.AC clutch pulley
5. Belts..Tip Is: try to pour some water over the belt to confirm
6. main crank pulley

you either blowed a hose, or the rack end seal is leaking. check the hoses to the rack.

Why drive side bearing could be a bad other.balance yes, tie rod could be bad.

The main problem could be a well known cobalt ignition issue. check all fuses, wires, and connections if you've worked on cars before and call to see if you still have any warranty left. This should be handled by a chevy dealer or chevy trained mechanic...to isolate the issue fast and avoid repeat visits to get er done.
