Question about Volvo 240
Ebay CANCELLED MY AUCTION on a *@!&%# technicality and I'd rather not relist with THEM.They won't let me contact any of my potential buyers.
So I googled you and found you here : )
Call me and we'll close the deal (!) You are just the person I'm looking for to be the rightful owner.(Hopefully you still have my #s)
If I don't hear from you soon,I'll try again....
Prior to 2003 CVPI, check for a cut green/white wire running to both lights..
2003 + Check the wig-wag connector in front of the grill to make sure the clip is connected so it allows normal operation

I can't answer your question, but i can give you a suggestion. What I did, was go to eBay and buy a radio wiring harness for the vehicle I was going too install the radio into (I think this one is for you vehicle eBay auction # 330605601746, I have nothing to do with said auction. You can also try Amazon.com, but eBay for me was cheaper) You hook the radio up to the harness and just plug it into the car's radio plug. Since the car currently has an aftermarket radio installed, they may have cut the cars plug off and installed it directly. You would have to pull the radio out to check first.
