Sadly no, this requires special tools and equipment. You will also have to replace other components as well as the compressor, and once replacement is made it must be filled with proper oil and the system must have a vacuum pulled it for a long period of time. All in all this is a job for a qualified technician with proper equipment, one can cause more damage to his system if he is not very careful.
