they re both 3rd generation so body lines match ----- and switching out a rear quarter entails welding and fabing the metal and if damage extends to the wheel well will need to do the same - then finish and blending paint
You need to start at the brake that is furthest away from the master cylinder. If it is on the drivers side under the hood, start with the passenger rear wheel. Bleed until nothing but clear fluid comes out. Then move to the drivers rear and do the same. Next to the passenger front and finish with the drivers front. Make sure you do not empty the master cylinder in the process or you will have to start all over. If you get finished and still do not have a good pedal, you might need to change the master cylinder.

easily push it out? Probably not. If you pry against the door, you risk damaging the metal on that. Take it to a body shop and pay them to move it out enough so you can use your door. That won't cost much

This also happened to my 2004 Chevy Aveo. The drivers side rear wheel locked up when it first got extremely cold in December 2009. I had to change the rear wheel cylinder because it broke. They also found the rear wheel bearing also had to be changed. GM charges $180 for 1 rear wheel bearing. To make matters worse I had to order the whole backing plate which came with the rear wheel cylinder and a whole bunch of hardware.
If you look in the GM manual it says that you should flush and change your brake fluid every 24 months. My mechanic told me that moisture normal wrecks the brake cylinder. I'm not sure what happened to the wheel bearing but from now on I'll make sure to flush my brake fluid every 24 months.
