1989 BRONCO XLT WITH A 5.8 351 CLEAVLAND

I WAS WONDERING IF THERE WAS A VACUME DIAGRAM SOME WHERE THAT I CAN GET CAUSE I HAVE A FEW OFF AND CANT FIGURE OUT WHERE THEY GO AND DID THE BRONCO EVER COME WITH THIS SIZE MOTOR ?

The Bronco did come with the 5.8L. It's a 351 Windsor though. Ford quit making the Cleveland engine back in '74. You should have a vacuum diagram under the hood of your truck.

The base of the carb location sounds like the vacuum spark advance for the distributor. Look for a (possibly broken) approx 4mm pipe on the distributor body.

Can you give me a diagram to show where the lines on the fuel tank go on a 1987 ford Bronco goes. Electrid is fine just need the fuel line connections.


well i dont have a diagram but the run from the fuel tank along the drivers side frame to a frame mounted fuel pump then up to the engine. you can figure out what one is the return line by the fuel pump. the one that does not go to it is the sending not the return.

Was driving down the road and it all of the sudden started running rough, no vacume leaks egr vale is good but not opening, could it be the computer


ecm is way down the line of suspects, check plugs, wires cap, fuel pressure, injector signal,engine compression, water in fuel, to name a few

there is a two piece control module and pick up in distributor you could replace these or try a used distributor
