Our check engine and battery lights were always on but showed no error codes on scanner. We had the computer brain rewired for about 1/2 the price of a new one. No more lights.

Hello i have a question i have a 1995 chevy lumina and my ac fan is not working what can i do to see if i need to replace it or make it work

Check voltage and ground at the blower motor wire connector, with key on and hvac controls on. Purple wire is voltage, black wire is ground. Use a test light to check. If voltage and ground are good with no blower motor action, suspect the blower motor is faulty.

Radiator fan on drivers side will not engage motor overheats. what can be the cause?

There are a few. I have see the ground rust off, the fan motors burnt out, the fuse relay box. The best way to check is using a test light connect it to the two wires of the fan run the engine. If the light comes on before it starts to overheat then check the fan. If not the check the relay. But before you look at the fan make sure the fuse is good.

I have a 2004 grandam S1. While at a drive in theater it was discovered that with the motor running the parking lights will not turn off. How can I get them to turn off with the motor running?

hello gail... these lights are often called running lights and they are designed to come on when the motor is running. in order to turn those lights off you would have to have a switch installed which would permit you to turn those pesky lights off while you enjoy the drivein. Joe

Have a 1997 dodge strautes timing belt broke we changed it but it will not start any solutions?

be careful as that motor is a zero tolerance valve clearance. did you time the oil pump properly? also the internal balancer timed properly, You didnt state if this is a single overhead cam 24 valve maybe repost with motor specs as i just did this same job two days ago and it was pretty easy with no problems as long as you aligned all timing marks properly when tightening the tensioner pulley, and also providing the valves did not get damaged

Hello, The Car started stalling when I would leave a green light. It would happen about once a month. It ran pretty good the rest of the time. This week when motor warms up and I turn it off it wont start....

your fuel injectors will be leaking and flooding the motor when warm, you can have them cleaned or try pull your EGI fuse and crank it over a few times then put the fuse back in and start it up

the injectors get old and under pressure they will leak when off and just drip fuel into the motor, no joke i have seen about 20 cars with this problem

Speedometer not working

There are a couple of things to investigate before condemning the speedometer.
1) Does the cruise control still work?
2) Is the check engine light on?

If the cruise control does not work and or the check engine light is on, you can take your vehicle to your local Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts and they will scan for fault codes at no cost to you.
Write the codes down and reply back to me and we can work on the issue.
Let me know.
Regards,
