Http://www.onlinefreeebooks.net/autos/car/toyota-l-2l-2l-t-engine-repair-manual-pdf.html I've not had to change one on a Toyota but they are in the tank. The link has some free manuals. Some cars and trucks require you to take the tank out first. The job is not too hard provided you are able to safely raise the truck and drain out some of the fuel to lighten the tank.

Hey, thanks for reply, any chance you know how to download vhe link? Only i tried but couldn't seem to work it out haha.

I did a search using the information about your truck. My machine allows me to copy information and paste it into the address bar. From there I refine the search by keywords such as "manual" "diagram". I use Google Chrome as my browser and have instant on. I like to ride too and have an old Honda Goldwing.

Oh, I also clicked on the link I sent you and it took me to the website just now.

It did not work for me either. The site would not send me to the complete manual.

http://diyrepairmanuals.com Maybe this one will allow you enter and download. Brother what a mess! Some times I think the easy way is to just buy a Clymers manual from Amazon.

get the service manual and it covers injector changes steps.
fuse good? to pumps. (lift pumps etc) many pumps can not pump air so must be primed.

2005 diesel smart car starts then dies after a few seconds. changed pump. fuel filter, pressure sensor, cleaned air intake including turbo. Has good fuel pressure. cleaned injectors, have good spray.

black smoke = excessive fuel = bad injector tips , low injector pressure , turbo not working properly
take the car to an accredited diesel specialist professional for a pump pressure and injector pressure test, injector calibration and tip replacement

I have toyota nadia 1azfse car that cant start but if i put some petro in the manfold it start then dies

You haven't supplied much information.

The common rail system, while technically correct when describing a typical petrol engine is usually used to describe the more modern type of diesel engine.

It isn't a good idea to put petrol down the inlet manifold of a diesel engine.
This test when applied to a petrol engine proves the ignition system is in working order and the timings and the compressions are reasonably fit for purpose. The test would be better performed by an ether spray.

It seems the fuel in your car is not finding its way to the cylinders.
Possible reasons are the fuel pump fuse, relay, wiring or the pump itself. A blocked filter or fuel line is possible.

An electrical or electronic fault could be preventing injection even if sufficient fuel is available at sufficient pressure.
Certainly a systematic process should be gone through in order to discover the cause of your problem.

Toyota Town ace Diesel turbo pump continuously

is it the primming pump? if so replace it if its the the injection pump it may have to be removed and send to a service centre for repair. to save time and money you can look for a junk town ace with engine intact and take the pump from that once its ok

1985 toyota extracab 22r-e cranks but won't start

as long as your volt meter is capable of measuring OHMS you can test wires, find the main power wire to the fuel pump and measure for voltage when you turn the key on(3-4 sec) if power is present at the fuel pump, and the pump don't run, then replace it
