Foward and no reverse. In order for the reverse to happen there is a transmission brake assemble, the transmission band holds the brake assembly thus allowing fluid to be driven according to gear selection, when no reverse happens there is a malfunction of mechanical or hydraulic part, Depending on the condition you can adjust the kick down or adjust the band. A general procedure for automatic transmission band adjustment involves tightening the band adjusting screw to a given torque sequence, back off the adjusting screw from turning while torque-tightening the adjustment screw about a 1/4 turn and lock down the lock nut,and recheck to see if reverse has been restored.
