i have the same problem with an 04 silverado. it died on me. i replaced the fuel pump after not getting any fuel to the test valve. then I put in a new pump and it ran for 10 seconds. i then shut it off and started closing up the truck. when i tested it after finishing the install, it ran rough for about 3 seconds and it then shut down. i replaced another fuel pump and nothing now. i checked the relays and fuses everything looked. It cranks strong, but it still will not start. Does anyone have this same problem and had it fixed?

Most likely the fuel pump. Hit the bottom of the fuel tank a couple of times with you hand ( hard but don't hurt yourself ) and see if it will start. Chevy trucks and Tahoes are notorious for the fuel pumps going out. Replace it with a GM fuel pump because the labor is quite a bit and you don't want to replace it again in six months. Hope this helps.

Where can I find the crank sensor on a 2009 Nissan Titan v8 truck?

i think it's the starter. On most nissans, the starter and the crank position sensor are close to each other. Some nissans have 4 position sensors, between crank sensor, crank angle sensor, cam position sensor, and sensor sensing sensor, oh and cam angle sensor. Oh wait, maybe it's a bad ground. Nope, gotta be the staerter.

Will not start but will crank over.

possible crank sensor. have the truck scanned for codes. If code P0335 that would be crank sensor. If not see if you have fuel pressure. mabey fuel pump went dead.

My Truck is a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 Ltr. engine 5 speed manual trans. Truck died battery is good lights all work. starter cranks engine over I've got fuel pressure. but no spark I pulled plug wire...

Very possible it's the crank sensor. You can put a test light on the ground side of the coil and crank it over.. if nothing happens while cranking, good possibility, but there are a lot of them! Could be a simple relay, dirty or loose connection!

Turn over and crank are the same ... if it turns over, it will crank ... if it is cranking, it is turning over. It may be cranking and thus turning over, but not starting, this is one kind of problem ... If it is not cranking, it is not turning over ... not cranking or turning over is generally an electrical problem though it could be a mechanical problem ...

If you want help here ... you must use not only proper descriptions of your trouble ... but it is also important to say what you want ... including what you want it for ... is this for a car, a truck, a motorcycle, boat, air plane????? Please be specific when you ask your question. Someone will help you if you can ask a proper question.

My 2002 gram am will not crank

It the engine does not crank, its not the crank sensor.
If it cranks but won't start, it could be a long list of things including the crank sensor.
No crank could be the starter, neutral safety switch, key switch, or connection in the wiring.

2000 v10 ford f350 wont start with out either

If the crank sensor circuit is malfunctioning, then that is your problem. The code does not mean that you must replace your crank sensor. (sometimes it means this, sometimes it does not) The code means that either the crank sensor CIRCUIT is out of range or the crank sensor cannot SYNCRONIZE with the cam sensor. There is a whole lot more to diagnosing a crank sensor circuit than simply replacing the crank sensor. Proper diagnostic procedures need to be followed to locate the exact cause of the problem.
