Check your fuel pressure regulator its location should be on the fuel rail.Pull vacuum hose off regulator if fuel drains out of it then the diaphram is bad. Hope this helps!!

I replaced the regulator as well and still no fuel spraying out of the injectors....could it be the computer?

yes it could, but if that new pump does'nt have enough fuel pressure it will not be able to open the popet valve inside the injector to allow fuel thru.I think on this engine you should have 41-47 psi.

P.S. If i remember correctly these cars have a anti-theft system and i know for a fact that it will disable the injectors.you need to bypass it or install a new switch and lock cylinder.

Do i need to bleed the injector pump on my isuzu bighorn 4gj2 after replacing the head? as it wont fire

anytime you disconnect the fuel rail, and if it has a bleeder/test port (looks like a tire Valve), Then it needs to be bled before fuel will reach the injectors. Also check Spark plug ignition as well make sure grounds have been returned properly.

Why did she only run for 2 days after I replaced bleeder valve?

im not sure here are you saying the fuel rail shrader valve was leaking and you replaced it ? if yes a leaking shrader valve will reduce your fuel rail pressure to the point of a non start condition its' allso extremly dangerious to have a fuel leak under hood ,Thats gasolene ya know it does burn/explode !! , i suggest going back to basics of engine diagnostics to see what the underlying problem here is air/fuel , ign , exaust there are basic tests for all these that can be done
answer could be as simple as a clogged fuel filter

99 Chevy venture how do I use bleeder on fuel

You mean the shrader valve that looks like a tire valve, on the fuel rail? That is not a bleeder, it is a test port to hook up a fuel pressure tester. You do not need to bleed the fuel lines.

My 1988 t-bird will not start. electric fuel pump is working and has spark. it is a 5.0 EFI.fuel comes from the bleeder valve as I try to start it but will not start. can spray starter fluid into intake...

Does the fuel spray out of bleeder or run out. Should spray out with a lot of pressure. Have you checked fuel filter? If its not spraying out good and not the filter i would replace the pump.

Check to see if fuel is getting to the filter. Maybe too much dirt in lines & plugged filter? If fuel at filter, put hose in place of filter JUST LONG enough to see if fuel is getting to fuel rail.

How to release fuel pressure to replace fuel filter on a buick rendevouz 2004

if you open up the hood and find your fuel rail you should see a little cap just like what is on your tire valve stems. take the cap off and push the little valve in the center agian just like the valve stem on your tire. be vary carefull as fuel will spray out of this. that is how to depressurize the fuel system

Car ran fine one day, not it will crank but not

Your fuel system requires 35-45 PSI. If you don't have this pressure in the line then your fuel filter or fuel pump is at fault.
