You have to replace the window motors, and align the window to the rail and regrease window rails.I have changed window motors before and start with the window down and it should only be 3 screws holding the window in place

Sounds like it could be a blown fuse, you probably got 1 under hood and 1 under dash, check to see if you find a shift fuse, and on every honda i have worked on has had 4 window fuses and they were located under hood in fuse box, and also look for a relay in fuse box under hood marked shift or A/T And windows. first try slapping the door while holding the lift button . this will only work if the motor has a bad spot inside it . the deck lid does not open I would check to see if the fuse for the that window lift is on the same circut and check fuse
It would be a switch. Try pushing the switch down hard and wiggling it. It may work which would indicat a switch. Since one direction works It has to be the switch ,
there are two fuse panels on the 95 passport, one inside to the left of the steering wheel, it is labeled on the cover, the second panel is under the hood to the rear of the battery
