When you had the system recharged, did you do it yourself, or take it to a garage or mechanic? If so, was the system flushed and vacuumed first? If not, it's very likely that some contaminants have gotten in to the system. Also, If the system was not properly bled prior to charging, air will be in there. Lot's of air in the system will cause it not to cool properly. It will also overheat your compressor, eventually causing the need for replacement. (rebuilding really isn't an option with AC compressors for most mechanics)

Did you replace the 'expansion valve'. If the expansion valve is full of **** no coolant will get through to cool.

2009 Nissan Rouge AC stop blowing cold air. The fan blows but just not cold. The AC motor compressor seems not to turn on. Is there a fuse to check and where can I find it?

You are low on coolant. It needs to be recharged. The pump won't come on if it's low on coolant in order to protect the system as the coolant contains oil to lubricate the system. You can buy do it yourself recharge systems for relatively cheap or go to a shop.

My 2004 dodge stratus 3.0 r/t Coupe, AC wont get cold, it blows hot air, and iv tried recharging it 2 times, whats worng?

if you have to recharge it twice, that should have indicated to you that there is a leak in the system
AC systems do not need any gas if the system is secure
Take it to an accredited ac specialist shop and have it repaired and gassed properly

Is ac compressor even coming on? Did it work before the water pump was replaced? Do the radiator fan(s) come on when ac is turned on?

Ac blows cold air for about 15 minutes then starts blowing warm air then starts blowing cold air again freon is full

Freon is not full. If it goes back and fourth it is pumping then reaching a low pressure on the low side below 35 psi. Pressure while car is off should be pegged. Check at idle should be around 50 psi and 35 psi at 2000 rpms.

Good luck. If problem persists evac system replace dryer and recharge.

check freon pressure. if freon is low, pump wont even kick on. It can appear electrical.

Defroster and heater blow cold air when idling and warm, not hot, when driving. ac does not blow as cold as it should. Temperature, not air volume is the issue.

Check your radiator fluid level. This almost always the case. AC system needs to be recharged. You can get a can of recharge at local autparts store for 25$ approximatley that comes with the gauge. Charge the system while the vehicle is running and ac is on.

A/c isnt blowing cold air

First try to get the ac recharged it may be low. Second try the gasket around the ac pump, they go bad easily and will case the ac to blow hot air.

I believe the orifice tube on this model requires the a/c pipe to be cut to install a new tube. You need to discharge the system, replace the tube, then evacuate miosture with a vacuum pump, then recharge with R134A refirgerant. Not a job for a non technical person.

The oriifce is in the line just before the evaporator that is in your car a/c heater case. It is where the liquid refrigerant turns into a vapor as it comes out of the orifice and then it absorbs heat from the air going into you car, thus blowing cold air. Moisutre in the warm air condenses and as he iar gets cold and it drains out of your evaporator and out the drain & onto the ground
