It is the defective bulb warning light. It is a warning that a bulb has failed and needs to be replaced.There is a similar symbol that is an automatic transmission warning light but from your description I believe it is the bulb warning light. Hope this helps.
I'm going to go ahead and answer one of these duplicate questions. You said in another question you did not have the manual. I don't know of any source online for a photo of the symbols or a free manual. Most of the symbols are standard issue, meaning the abs light is for the abs brakes, etc. You may still be able to order an owners manual from the dealer, or look on Ebay. You may also be able to find out some of the special symbols from owner club websites like durango club or challanger forum online.
This is the "tire pressure warning" light; this comes on when the tire pressures are lower than the specification required. Please check you tire pressures, re-infalte as needed. Hope this helps; and thanks for choosing FixYa.
