Go to a Renault dealers and they will be able to help you. Main dealers have machines that can read the codes. They will charge you so you might want to ring them up and ask for a price first.

ring a renault dealer with the chasis number. starts with vf1. located on the bottm of the winscreen on the passenger side. use the radio control on the steering wheel to enter it. the wheel on the control. eg. if the coe is 4673. rotate the wheel unil first 0 goes to 4. then click the wheel towards you move on to the next digit. when last num is inserted click and hold the wheel until radio returns. about 3 seconds
