I don't know how much stuff costs - I do the work myself to avoid having to pay people to do it for me. I'd guess you'd probably get charged at least two hours for axle seals at ~$90/hour at a dealership... I wouldn't bother doing both sides but you can if you want (will probably add another 30min to an hour to the job). Totally guessing but I'd put the bill at around $450 from a dealership, and maybe $350 from an independent shop. Call around and see.
According to my research, all 6.0 Powerstrokeshave the block heater. The cord was an option. The heater is located just above the starter, right rear head. You will have to reach up over the top of the starter to find it. Its threaded into the block and has two prongs sticking out where the cord plugs into it. Yo can get the cord at any dealership, but the price varies quite a bit depending on how much the dealer wants to rip you off. Do't pay over $60.00. Check your localNAPA dealer before going to the dealership.
The leaking from one tank to another was covered by a recall from Ford. Not sure if they still foot the bill for installation of the required check valves. These are still available from the dealership. The rear one is the hardest to install. The check valve can be installed without pulling the rear tank. As for your front sender I would clean all of the connections to the sender and make sure it has a decent ground. If it still only reads at the 1/4 tank level you will have to replace the sender to rectify the problem.
KEEP BACK FROM DEALERSHIPS!!!!! WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME.....ALWAYS GET A LOCAL GARAGE TO DO THE WORK(ALWAYS ALOT CHEAPER AND BETTER) SHOULD HAVE GOT A ROUGH PRICE FROM YOUR LOCAL GARAGE FRIST........
