Miss fires and stots off when I give it gas as codes 1391 ,0351, 0352, 0353,

P1391 - Not a valid obd code.
B1391 - Oil Level Switch Circuit Failure
C1391 - Not a valid obd code.
U1391 - Not a valid obd code.
Its possible you may have misread this code. If it is B1391 that would be the only code with 1391 for your vehicle.

P0351 - Ignition Coil A Primary / Secondary Circuit Malfunction. The ignition signal from the Powertrain Control Module or Electronic Control Module is sent to and amplified by the power transistor. The power transistor turns ON and OFF the ignition coil primary circuit. This ON/OFF operation induces the proper high voltage in the coil secondary circuit.

Possible Causes:
- Open or short in the ignition coil circuit
- Ignition coil circuit shorted to ground
- Ignition coil connector
- Damaged ignition coil
- Damaged PCM

P0352 - Ignition Coil B Primary / Secondary Circuit Malfunction.
Same repair info as P0351.

P0353 - Ignition Coil C Primary / Secondary Circuit Malfunction.
Same repair info as P0351

Solutions:
- If damage, repair ignition coil circuit
- Replaced ignition coil
- Replaced
PCM or ECM

Ok I have 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I have replaced the spark plugs and the coil rail but still getting the code P0351 and I was wondering if this could be caused by some kind of sensor?

The code indicates the coil pack or spark plug is malfunctioning. You can test this using an additional person. by removing the coil pack and spark plug, place the spark plug into the coil pack and ground the tang on the spark plug to the engine. Have someone start the engine and watch for a blue spark. if there is no spark, then the coil pack is malfunctioning. There is also ways to check the coil packs using a multimeter.

also, bee sure you didnt crack the ceramic part of the plug during initial installation.

1999 jeep grand cherokee cylinder misfires/malfunctioning

I guess the best place to start is change plugs and wires. A timing light would come in real handy. You could check to see if you had spark on all cyllinders before you start blowing cash. If you have spark in the wires, then change plugs. If theres no spark in the wires, then the problem is before that. Like coil, or idle control sensor etc. Keep me posted and i'll try and help as much as possible. Not much a keyboard can do.
