Where the knock sensor at on a alero olsnobile 1999 2.4 twin cam

From my Mozilla Firefox browser, I typed in, "http://www.yahoo.com." When Yahoo pulls up, just type in, "photo/drawing of 1999 Oldsmobile Alero Knock Sensor location," and press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

You will immediately get links to 16 photos/drawings of the Alero Knock Sensor location you seek. You will also find 10 more links using words, and an "Also try" list of 10-more similar words to use in your search on Yahoo to see what else might appear.

If you want to use your regular browser, here's the link you need to paste in so you can find those same photos/drawings: https://search.yahoo.com/yhs/search?p=photo%2Fdrawing+of+1999+Oldsmobile+Alero+Knock+Sensor+location&ei=UTF-8&hspart=mozilla&hsimp=yhs-002

Cant find the crank position sensor in 2000 alero

Check that the cam shaft is turning as it may have broken a timing belt. Run fault codes to check for cam/crank position sensor problems.

It is a 2003 oldsmobile alero w/ a 2;2 , it complains about po340 or cam psition sensor, but it does not have a cps, then if it does not have a cps what could be the problem

Cam position signal is generated by the ICM which sends it to the ECM (engine computer) your engine will start and run without a CMP signal but will set a code The CPM is on the top left side of cylinder head mounted to ignition coil housing
